Damaged deliveries

All orders are carefully packed to protect our handmade glassware during transport.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kodanska.dk as soon as possible and include photos of the parcel, packaging and damaged item.

We will take care of the claim and help arrange a replacement where applicable.
