Refund policy

30 Days Return

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.

Extended Christmas Returns

We offer an extended return period during the Christmas season. The applicable return deadline will be shown on our website.

How to Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item and place a new order through our webshop.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@kodanska.dk with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will help you find the best solution as quickly as possible.

Please note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).
