Refund policy

Contact us at info@kodanska.dk if you have received a faulty product or are missing your delivery. Always contact us before returning your order. We always aim to reply within a 24hour time period.

We offer 14 days return on all goods as measured on the day of delivery. The good must be returned unused and in original wrapping and in the same conditions as received.

Wish to return?

At Kodanska you can always return you products if the products are unused and in original wrapping. 

If you wish to return we kindly as you to:

1. Place the products back in shipping outer if possible or pack the products in a responsible manner, and clearly mark "return" on the box. Any damages caused during return shipment is at the liability of the party shipping.

2. Return the products to the following address:

You will have your payment returned within 4-5 working days after we have received and processed your return. 

If you wish to exchange please place a new order on our website. Once we have received the processed the returned products we will issue a refund. Any costs associated with return must be carried by the customer. 

Please note again to pack the products responsibly and in original wrapping. Kodanska cannot be held accountable for any lost packages or broken products upon returning orders.
