These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Kodanska.dk and our international online stores.
Ordering & Payment
When you place an order with Kodanska, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
A binding purchase agreement is concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us.
All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market and include VAT where applicable.
We accept major credit and debit cards, MobilePay and Klarna. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and are displayed at checkout.
Payment is captured when your order is dispatched.
No payment fees are charged by Kodanska.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors and inventory inaccuracies.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, delivery times and shipping rates vary depending on your destination.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, local VAT and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon import.
Import charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total paid to Kodanska.
If a shipment is refused or returned because the recipient does not pay the applicable import charges, any costs incurred in connection with the return may be deducted from the amount refunded.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an order, please contact us at info@kodanska.dk before sending the items back.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, the goods must be returned within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be packed securely. You are responsible for the goods until they have been received by Kodanska.
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Complaints & Damaged Products
Consumers have a statutory two year right to complain about defects in accordance with Danish consumer law.
If you receive a defective, incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at info@kodanska.dk as soon as possible and include your order number and relevant photos.
If your complaint is justified, Kodanska will cover reasonable costs associated with returning the product.

Handmade Products
Kodanska glassware is designed in Denmark and mouth blown by skilled artisans in Europe.
Each piece is shaped by hand, and small variations in colour, shape, size and surface are a natural part of the craftsmanship and make each piece unique.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade glass and are not considered defects.
