Here you will find our wide selection of glass vases, all handcrafted and mouth blown. Each vase is unique, and through our colourful designs we aim to bring positivity, colour and artistic expression into your home.

Designed in a broad palette of colours, our vases beautifully complement the minimalist Nordic aesthetic. Every Kodanska vase undergoes six quality checks to ensure exceptional quality and long-lasting durability.

Many of our coloured glass vases can also be used as decorative carafes for serving refreshing drinks, making them both beautiful and versatile additions to the home.

Mouth Blown Coloured Glass Vases

Since our founder Marie designed her very first product, a salt cellar, she has created a wide range of beautiful glassware, including our unique coloured glass vases. Each vase is designed in close collaboration with our glassblowers in the Czech Republic, whom Marie visits every month. Together, they continuously develop new ideas and colour combinations, resulting in a diverse collection of glass vases in many different shades.

All coloured vases are mouth blown, meaning that shapes, patterns and colours may vary slightly from piece to piece. No two vases are exactly alike. Small air bubbles may occur during the glassblowing process, adding to the unique character of each vase. To ensure the highest quality, every vase undergoes six quality checks. This allows you to enjoy a beautiful and colourful vase designed to bring joy to your home for many years.

Kodanska Vases from the Danish Summer and Flow Collections

All of these Kodanska vases are part of our Danish Summer and Flow collections, two distinctive series of coloured glass vases, each with its own unique expression.

The colourful Flow vases include both small mini vases of approximately 15 cm and larger vases measuring 40–45 cm. Several of the vases can be used both as decorative carafes for serving drinks and as flower vases. The Flow vases are crafted from three layers of clear and coloured glass, creating the collection’s distinctive patterns and depth. This layered glassmaking technique gives each vase its characteristic flowing and textured appearance.

The Danish Summer Designs are inspired by the often rainy Danish summer. The surface is designed with small and large raindrop patterns, creating a playful texture. The collection is sometimes referred to as the Spider Vase, as the pattern can resemble a spider’s web. The base of each vase may vary due to the handmade production process, with some featuring a polished base and others a star-shaped base.

The Danish Summer collection is available in a range of beautiful colours. Choose from soft pink tones that complement feminine interiors, delicate yellow shades that bring warmth and light, or vibrant blue hues that create striking contrast and character. The transparent coloured glass allows light to interact beautifully with each vase, enhancing its depth and expression.

Alle Kodanskas vaser kan sættes i en opvaskemaskine, men vi anbefaler dog at bruge et skånsomt glasprogram, så glasset holder sig smukt i lang tid. Vær desuden opmærksom på, at varme drikke ikke bør hældes i vaserne, da dette kan få glasset til at udvide sig og springe.
